J.B Jackson is the author of one of my favorite novels, the fantastic Shagduk published by Pilum Press. He took time from his busy life of cataloguing dusty arcane tomes to talk about his writing, the upcoming sequel Ursula of Ulm, and many other interesting topics.
We had a great conversation about zines, historical details in novels, the 1970’s, independent publishing, Fort Worth Texas, music, vinyl, vintage cars, and how we consume media in our digital present.
This was another great conversation illustrating the value of this podcast project that would not exist if you readers and listeners did not give me such excellent support. Thank you, and like always please like, share, and discuss to keep us going.
Most of all, I absolutely recommend JB Jacksons novel Shagduk and everything else put out by Pilum Press.
